2. Service Fee

• The price for subscribing to this service is 0.499 AED per flight booking.
  
  
• Payment for this service is non-refundable under any circumstances except as required by applicable laws.

3. Duration of Service 

• The service is activated upon booking confirmation if the WhatsApp notification option is selected and remains up to 24 hours after the flight's arrival at its final destination.

4. How to Subscribe 

• Passengers can subscribe to the WhatsApp Notification Service exclusively through the Gulf Pacific Aviation Services UAE website at the time of booking.

5. Scope of Notifications

Passengers will receive the following types of notifications:

• Flight booking confirmation.
  
  
• Successfully checked-in with boarding pass details.

6. Passenger Responsibilities

9. Refund Policy

• If a passenger voluntarily cancels their booking for any reason, no refund will be applicable for the service.
  
  
• If a passenger is denied boarding due to reasons such as non-compliance with the travel provider's policies, failure to present valid travel documents, or any other circumstances under the passenger’s control, no refund will be applicable for the service.
  
  
• In the event of any dispute or disagreement arising from this Refund Policy or any other aspect of the booking, the laws and courts of the United Arab Emirates shall have full jurisdiction and authority over the matter.
